Yes, it is! -the biggest and highest priced single family home with a double garage on the biggest lot (50ft wide) will actually cost you less per square foot than any of the others. As you can clearly see, the other homes include only one single home on a far smaller lot (which has a 1-car garage) whereas the rest are either semis or terrace homes and a 3-level townhouse.
