Junic is a registered builder with La Garantie Qualite Habitation, the warranty plan for residential buildings in Quebec. In June 2000 Junic was awarded the Platinum Award for Excellence in new home construction and has maintained this standing of excellence to date. In 2003, 2004 and 2005 Junic won the prestigious "Residential Project of the Year" award for their residential project Le Plateau in the Hull sector of Gatineau.
